Getting feet 12/13/09
This was hysterical! Jack was trying to get Sadie's feet while Josh held her. They would both scream and crack up!!

Sadie wanted to play in the rain when I answered the door for Jud. She was having a great time. Mommy, however, was under cover and not getting wet!!

Rock Stars in Training class 9/13/09

1st Horse Ride 7/2/09
Sadie took her first horse ride at Hank & Betsy's ranch (and now that they have horses, it really can be called that) in Texas. Ginger was very gentle and Sadie loved it (then mommy had a turn). Andy had a bit of trouble holding the camera and walking the horse...
Pork & Beans 6/30/09
Sadie has officially gone country and apparently loves her first try of "Pork & Beans". She also decided this would be the best time to practice blowing kisses. Many will be very proud of my restraint by the mess she is making!!

Ball with Calli 5/28/09
Sadie has finally realized it is more fun to play with Calli than to torture her. They played like this for a really long time...and Sadie was cracking up the whole time!
Chicago - Steve swing 5/23/09
When I was little one of my favorite things was to ride on the Steve swing. Until recently he proved he could still swing me but the torch has now passed to Sadie, who also loves it!!

Sadie has decided she is going to be a break dancer and practices her belly spins (you have to work up to back spins)! Daddy is so proud!

Sadie started doing this tongue thing the night we got to NY. Finally I caught her doing it in the cab. Of course once she realized I was filming, she stopped!
Sadie's Final Swim Lesson 2/28/09
Sadie had her final survival swim lesson in "winter clothes" including a regular diaper. The day before she did summer clothes. They do this to get them used to the extra weight and wetness since she will most likely not fall in in a bathing suit! They also practiced dropping her in various ways to make sure she could find up regardless of how she falls. Pretty impressive that someone so young can learn this!! She is a rockstar and now I am confident she would know what to do!!
BTW, the beeping is because it is the end of the lesson, that is the timer.

Sadie's swim lessons 1/16/09 - Part 2
This is also the first week but practicing the roll. If she falls in, she needs to know how to roll on to her back to be able to breath. She is pretty good at the roll.
Sadie's swim lesson 1/16/09 - Part 1
This is the first week of Sadie's survival swim lessons. This is the float although most of the time she likes to kick but then gets water in her face. We are working on that so she is calm like in this video.

This is Sadie's little boyfriend Jack from our Friday class. His birthday is in May (an older man!) and they met when she was about 2 months old. That class has ended but have no fear, Jack is in our music class on Sat.
