Vegas truck off roading - 11/26/17

We ran into a bunch of traffic* on the way back from Vegas so we went off roading to pass a bunch of it before rejoining. We would've gone farther but didn't know when the next fence opening would be. Nick is referring to Andy's portable truck espresso maker that he used earlier! Hilarious and better than sitting still on the road!

*We hit the same traffic the day before but decided to turn around and stay in Vegas another day ;)

We went to Lakemoor fest and I must say they put on one of the best fireworks shows! Every time I thought it was the finale, it kept going!

This was really cool looking when we boarded the plane, the air temps were so different between the cabin and outside that it made this steamy fog. would've been really scary if we were in the air but here cool!

We went to the Turtle farm and were able to snorkel with some of the turtles!

Rattlesnake - no head - 5/29/17

I came home and this snake was in the cul du sac. I tried to run it over but only got the tip of his tail (red bubble). He went into the bushes at the end of our yard. I called the fire department and they came and got him, and chopped his head of and put him the body in a bag. I asked if I could keep the body because I wanted to see if Milli remembered her rattlesnake training (rattlesnakes have a different smell).
So, I took it in the back to her and took it out of the bag, it was still moving of course even without the head. Milli as you can see passed her test and then I chucked it over the back fence as a message to the others not to come in the yard or they too will be beheaded!
