My dad sent a youtube video of an ice cream place that was started in Chicago called Icream that uses liquid Nitrogen to make ice cream on the spot. Sadie watched the video 100 times and really wanted to go (and so did I). It was fun to watch although they no longer make it whatever color you want. They also make hot pudding with an espresso steaming nozzle. That was also really good (I had to try both...)
